Inspirational

The Inspirational series encompasses artworks that have each been inspired by the Bible.  I try to read through the Bible each year, and a theme or story will often catch my imagination.  I tell a story with my art.  It has been enjoyable to try to capture the imagery of the written scriptures through the simple designs and pure colors of the reduction linocut process.  The Nativity, Seven Days of Creation and The Plagues are all a part of the Inspirational series.
